My Baby ETA provides an experimental statistical estimate for general information and personal planning. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or emergency guidance and does not create a clinician-patient relationship. Do not use a result to delay contacting a healthcare professional or to override a care plan.
Pregnancy date estimates
The due date and pregnancy week calculators provide calendar estimates from the information entered. They do not establish or revise the official estimated due date used for clinical care. An established due date from your maternity care professional or fertility clinic should be used for care decisions.
Eligibility and limitations
The calculator is intended only for a current singleton pregnancy through 41 weeks and 6 days, with no scheduled induction or planned cesarean, no known complication expected to affect delivery timing, and no current symptoms or urgent concern. It may be used before 20 weeks, but its spontaneous-labor probability distribution begins at 20 weeks and does not estimate miscarriage, pregnancy loss, or outcomes before then. At 42 weeks or later, or when any exclusion applies, contact your maternity care team instead of using this forecast. A profile can also be rejected when its modeled timing falls outside configured support boundaries. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular person.
Permitted use
You may use the calculator and copy your own forecast for personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, obtain other users' data, misrepresent a forecast as clinical advice, or reproduce the site or model for resale without permission.
Public Labor-Ready Plan beta
During the public beta, My Baby ETA may provide the full Labor-Ready Plan without payment or an account so we can evaluate how people use it. Beta plans are saved only in the current browser and are not synchronized or recoverable through My Baby ETA. You are responsible for downloading a backup if you want to preserve a beta plan across browser or device changes. The beta may close or change without preserving access to a browser-local copy after its local retention period.
Hospital checklist and recommendations
The hospital bag checklist is free organizational guidance. Hospitals and birth centers have different supplies, policies, and care instructions; confirm what your birth location and care team want you to bring. The checklist is not medical advice, does not determine medical need, and does not replace instructions from a qualified healthcare professional.

Labor-Ready Plan purchase
The launch offer is a one-time payment of USD $4.99 for access to the Labor-Ready Plan tools. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and has no scheduled expiration. Access remains subject to these terms and the continued availability of the service.
You can sign in with the email used at checkout. While access is available, the service automatically synchronizes one encrypted plan per purchase so its tasks, dates, customizations, and progress can open in another signed-in browser. Changes made at the same time in different browsers may require you to choose which version to keep. You remain responsible for reviewing dates and exported files.
Clear plan deletes the synchronized plan content and local browser copy. Signing out removes the local copy from that browser without deleting the synchronized plan. Downloaded backups can also be used to restore plan contents.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing feedback@mybabyeta.com from the checkout email address. A completed refund ends paid access but does not automatically delete browser or server plan data. Use Clear plan before requesting a refund or contact support to request deletion.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, My Baby ETA is not liable for decisions, medical outcomes, or indirect losses based on use of the calculator. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
